Sale of Seed is subject to the following conditions:

1. Seed will be sold on a first come first serve basis.

2. Payment must be made by cheque, direct transfer, or bank draft. The costs of deposits from foreign countries will be borne by the purchaser.

3. If there is a shortfall in the payment received seed equivalent in value to the shortfall will be deducted. So please ensure that the end funds we receive in our account is exactly the same as that owed.

4. We DO NOT have card facilities, nor do we use Paypal etc. Too costly. Sorry!! Where possible, we can negotiate combined shipments with other South African sellers but this cannot be guaranteed.

5. Proof of payment must be faxed to +27 (0)11 453 0921 or emailed before seed is dispatched.

6. Phyto sanitary permits, will be obtained by us, where necessary, the cost will be added to the seed cost when applicable. The 2008 cost of a Phyto cert is R250.

7. Packaging and postage will be estimated and added to the cost. All seed orders in South Africa will be sent overnight. to prevent loss of parcels. Remember it is cheaper to send to a Box number, or counter to counter , than to a street address. Overseas parcels will as always be sent insured post. The estimated 2008 cost is R50 for South African orders and ZAR 200 for international orders.

8. Please print your name, address, email, phone no, etc clearly on the order form. without them your order cannot be processed.

9. We take great care and pride to produce seeds of the highest quality. and true to type. However we cannot hold ourselves responsible for non germination and seed which is not true to type. Should you have any queries please contact us.

10. On receipt of your order please check the contents and advise us within 24 hours of any concerns. Thereafter we cannot be held liable. Parcels that are not collected at the PO will be the responsibility of the Buyer

11. The Seed will be dispatched in or around July, all things being equal, and you will be notified of tracking numbers etc. While every care is taken to ensure that all parcels receive their destination, we cannot be held responsible for missing post.

12. We do not wish to set minimum order quantities but please consider that small orders will lead to increased cost per seed when considering postage and packaging.
