site is dedicated to my family, friends and fellow Clivia
and Daylily lovers. I trust that it will contribute to
increase the awareness and interest in the genuses of
Clivia and Hemerocallis (Daylilies) in South Africa in
particular.
Clivia
is a shade loving plant (80% shade) and Daylilies love
full sun (at least 6 hours per day). Hence, there is
always a place for both genuses somewhere in every garden!!
Both
are extremely hardy plants, ideal for landscaping, easy
to grow and will attract envious attention from visitors
to any garden.
